We’re looking for a Junior Growth Specialist to join our Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of digital marketing and a keen interest in online reputation management and SEO strategies. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing our brand’s online image, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing our digital presence. It’s a great chance to learn and grow within a team that values innovation and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage our brand’s online reputation by responding to reviews, comments, and social mentions, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image across platforms.
Growth Strategy Implementation: Support growth initiatives by identifying and executing strategies to boost online visibility, collaborating closely with the marketing team to implement effective tactics.
SEO Optimization: Assist with SEO efforts by employing research-based strategies to improve search rankings and enhance content visibility.
Content Support & Perception Management: Collaborate on content strategies that align with our brand’s growth goals, including guiding content for reviews to positively reflect the brand’s values.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors to identify potential growth opportunities and areas where we can improve.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand alignment across all digital platforms, ensuring that our online presence reflects our values and mission.
Requirements:
A genuine interest in digital marketing, online reputation management, and growth strategy.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and a willingness to learn more advanced techniques.
Experience or familiarity with tools for monitoring online reputation and tracking digital performance.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify opportunities to enhance our brand’s online presence.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a proactive approach to supporting the growth and marketing teams.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience or coursework in digital marketing, growth, or brand management is a plus, but not required.
Exposure to online reputation management through personal projects, self-study, or previous roles.
Basic proficiency with digital tools for SEO and social monitoring, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.
