Novelship is seeking a full-time Product Manager (based in Shanghai or Taiwan) to join our team. This role will work with both internal and external stakeholders to improve our Website, Application and Internal Tools. 

 

As a Product Manager, your External Goal is to improve user conversion, user experience, and your Internal Goal is to help reduce cost of operations and communications.  This is a measurable high-impact role that impacts pre-sale and post-sale experiences. You will report directly to the Product Head (COO). 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Co-define and execute an internal tool product roadmap using Operations data, Team insights.

  • Support external facing product features related to search and checkout taking reference to industrial best practices and consumer research.

  • Drive improvements to existing features based on performance data analytics.

  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve feature performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the operations to improve fulfillment efficiency and work with design team to improve user experience and key performance metrics like checkout rate.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data or Business fields only.

  • At least 1 year of product management experience (internship experience included). If you do not meet this criteria, we want to hear you demonstrate your decision making and analytical abilities during our interview.

  • Experience working with projects related to User Conversion Funnel.

  • Process-driven and Analytical. 

  • Excellent Problem solver. 

  • Able to communicate with Technical stakeholders and Business stakeholers. 

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
