Currently, we are looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical-minded Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team and boost our performance marketing to the next level. This role will be responsible for developing a performance marketing strategy and deployment of performance marketing campaigns on measurable marketing channels for our cross-border markets and driving website and mobile app acquisition strategy for the region.  If you have an analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems, an entrepreneurial mindset, and love working in a data-driven business environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for input on growth strategy, execution, and optimization across our digital businesses.

  • Provide input into multi-channel growth strategies based on product needs: SEO/ASO, SEM, social paid and community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc.

  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests.

  • Work with the Product team to implement accurate tracking and optimization.

  • Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business.

  • Manage our relationships with external performance agencies and third party martech partners.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience required.

  • Fluent in English is a must.

  • An expert with the core paid channels and have a track record of learning new paid channels quickly.

  • Experience managing and scaling large marketing budgets.

  • A self-starter and resourceful. You consistently identify new opportunities and rapidly develop actionable strategies to capitalize on ROI-driven opportunities.

  • Creative and nimble. You think on your feet, try new approaches and are willing to learn from your mistakes.

  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, retention, and optimizing for LTV.

  • Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding KPIs.

  • An analytical storyteller. You can aggregate relevant data from multiple sources and translate it into insightful stories, strategic decisions and tactical recommendations.

  • Deep customer focus and empathy.

  • Desire to build from the ground up, by rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
